This reminds me of the scandal Bill Cosby created when he made similar comments during his public lectures about Americas youth and responsibility. I'm reminded of the movement, which must seem like a distant memory on the hill, of responsibility. Our elected officials need to stop finding ways to blame each other for the problems and take ownership of their mistakes. Take the current financial crisis, that was a combination of runaway socialist spending and corporate greed, the worst of both extremes. Far worse was the response, throw more money at the problem without proper oversight, management and accountability. God forbid someone stand up against the status quo and say it's wrong less they get ridiculed as a racist or hate monger.
