What irony!. The best example of the federal government, namely Congress, not honoring states rights is how Congress has refused to honor the option in Article V for a convention of state delegates that could propose constitutional amendments, even though there have been over 750 state applications from all 50 states for a convention, way more than that required in Article V. Learn all the facts and join the nonpartisan mission for the first convention at foavc.org.
